Hi Spiritedhawk! How’s WindClan doing?
Well, that’s part of it. When I was an apprentice, I would imagine myself with different toms in the clan. I would think about what it’d be like with that certain cat, and if I’d be happy.
At first, when you’re falling for a cat, it’s really lovey-dovey, if you get what I mean. As you get older, it’s as if the relationship matures. For me, anyway, I felt at first that Redwing and I were no longer friends, but cats who only had romantic feelings. As the relationship progressed, I discovered it wasn’t all about the romance… it was also about being there for each other, both as lovers and companions.
I am so glad to have Redwing as my mate. We’re not really happy all the time of course, every pair of mates have their squabbles, and low points in the relationship. But eventually, everything moves on and we become happy again. :D
Hopefully I didn’t trail off too badly -giggle- Wolftail is your love interest, I assume? Are you two mates? :3
